Still feeling bad

The second day. Although I started to feel enthusiastic a bit, now I suffer from jet lag. Waking up at 3:00am, (this is like I sleep over until 11:00 in Japan) having a breakfast around 7 (which is like late breakfast in Japan), having a lunch around 13:00 (dinner), and I feel sleepy around late afternoon. Perhaps as I am tensed a bit as well, I couldn’t get out from this loop for the first few days. But I need to move anyway! The place I went first was Heathrow. 0.3 miles is not far to take buses, so I started to walk, but soon I realised that there were lots of sign saying “No Pedestorian”… Since I was so hungry, I paid 4 pounds again and went to the airport. Feel like a loser…

My lunch on that day was sandwich and orange juice at a cafe named “Bite.”. Well, it was quite nice…but cost 5 pounds. OK, in Japan, we could have sweets too on that price. Also the sandwich was huge…half size is enough for me, so make the price half as well.

By the way, hearing that you can get discount tickets for tube and buses with Oyster card, I went to the tube station. Paying 3 pounds deposit and 20 pounds top-up, I finally got it! Maybe I can go to the hotel with cheaper ticket using this? Although I had no idea how to look at the bus map, it seemed there was a bus going to Bath Road which is near to the hotel. When I asked the driver how much single ticket was, he answered “It’s free!”. What!? What is that HOPPA BUS for, then!?

I felt so exhausted when I got to the hotel. I think I need to sleep now…
